I am Nicoline Schipper, a Transformational Business Coach living and working in Spain, where I emigrated in 2021. Here, I work as a coach (both business and personal) and organize retreats for personal development and business workations in marketing and strategy at our Luxury Boutique Retreat Casa Coline.
I'm a marketer through and through and an entrepreneur at heart. I worked at one of the most leading marketing organizations, L'Oréal, where I was the marketing director, and then ran my own marketing, communication, and PR company in Amsterdam for over 10 years (now sold).
Over time, I have expanded this experience and knowledge with six different coaching trainingcourses, and for more than 5 years, I have been helping people in entrepreneurship, business, and personal development.
My approach: In my coaching and retreats/workations, I combine the best of both worlds: the business side and the personal side. I understand like no other that a solid strategy and marketing plan is essential for business success, but also that personal blocks can hinder your growth and success as a person and entrepreneur. Therefore, I offer a strategic, goal-oriented, and creative approach in business and marketing, and a deeply transformative approach on a personal level. This way, I help everyone to overcome their own obstacles and realize their dream life and dream business.
My zone of genius? I am creative, analytical, goal-oriented, pragmatic, quick to adapt, and love building beautiful brands and people, helping them both professionally and personally.

Emigrating and following my heart was one of the best decisions I could have made. During our emigration adventure, my husband Ferry and I started our Boutique Retreat Casa Coline in Javea on the Costa Blanca (between Valencia and Alicante).
