As a dream chaser and Transformational Business Coach, I facilitate groundbreaking coaching trajects (both in Spain and online), retreats and workations in which I combine business, personal development, and spirituality. I call this approach #spiri-glam. It's a unique method where I combine my more than 20 years of business and marketing experience with NLP, EFT, hypnosis, regression, reincarnation, and Reiki to address personal issues on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels.
I primarily coach entrepreneurs who, due to personal blocks, are stuck in their entrepreneurship or are not maximizing their potential.
My Coaching Trajectories are deep and transformative, thus suitable only for the 'go-getters' among us. I don't like to just apply band-aids. No temporary fixes.
In my work as a Transformative Business Coach, I look at the root cause of a specific problem and resolve it together with the entrepreneur.
I don't just work on the symptoms and look at the triggers. I really want to get to the root of it and clear it up! What do I mean by this? For instance, there was an entrepreneur who said, "Sometimes I suddenly fear being exposed. That people might think I'm not worth it or not as good as they believe I am."
In such a case, you could, of course, look at the causes and triggers and then try to change the reaction. It might help a bit in the short term. You learn to cope with it, to deal with it, so to speak. But not in the long term. The feeling always remains in the background, challenging you. And that feeling is just downright crappy. It can cause stress or fear and negatively impact your business, or worse, prevent you from starting entrepreneurship at all.
That's why I look at why you are being triggered in the first place with my spiri-glam method. What happened once - it can be something small, it can be big - and solve that together with the entrepreneur. Then the trigger is gone, and the source of the problem is resolved. So it never comes back. And with that, you as an entrepreneur can fully stand in your power and start to undertake fearlessly👌✌️💫.
