Have you heard of Reiki? It is an alternative medicine practice that aims to restore balance between the body and mind through the use of hands and directing the body's assumed life energy. Reiki originated in Japan and the term "Reiki" is derived from the Japanese words "rei" and "ki," which respectively mean "universal life energy" and "energy."

As a trained Reiki practitioner at levels I and II, I can help you relax and balance your energy. My sessions last approximately 60 minutes, and I often use singing bowls to promote even deeper relaxation.
